Covering over 28 hectares, this 300+ lot residential subdivision was developed in seven stages. Each stage incorporated the design of all earthworks, roads, drainage, water and sewage reticulation, together with contract management from tender through to completion. DWA worked closely with the Local Authority to maintain the natural features of the land and develop a water-sensitive stormwater drainage strategy for the area, which vastly improved the original concept.
