Situated on the South Perth foreshore, structural design and supervision was undertaken on this four-storey house, It was constructed using precast concrete panels and transfloor concrete slabs, with steel members used for the flooring system.

The structural design allowed for a pool situated on the first floor and a rear void which had multi-level glass mezzanine floors around the perimeter. An earthquake stability check resulted in the installation of ten by 20 tonnes tension piles, which were tied into the tilt panels.
